We value every enquiry from our clients. Accordingly,
we respond to every query promptly. Should you not receive a
reply from us by email it means that our response to you has
been returned to us by the system as undeliverable. It
is surprising how often this happens. If there is any
likelihood that our email response to you may not be able to
be delivered then please include your telephone number in
your enquiry and we will ring you. It is not our
normal policy to ring clients but it gives us a second
option if we cannot reach you via email.
